Words of Wisdom

Youth is wasted on the young.

I Love Ma Gal

Even though she is driving me mad with her teenage mood swings and arguing with me about her social life and nagging her to do homework and trying to get her off the couch and into bed at a reasonable hour and driving her everywhere at all hours.......

And she did do a beautiful job of cleaning the kitchen last night without a single prompt.
Thanks for being you BA.

Ahhh...and I think 4 is hard!

Isn't that the plight of parenthood? To put up with all the craziness for that one (tiny!) moment of sweetness that shines through!

Ahhhh she's not so bad I guess. The teen thing had to happen sometime :-)Loved 4 though! Lots of challenges!

I loved four too - still young and cute, but independent enough to climb into the car on their own. :-)

So far 15 has been pretty good. She's only been fifteen for a month and a half, though & she spent half of that at sleep away camp.

Oh & I guess I should say a nice job BA on the kitchen!

I guess sometime in the 20s I think it might get more frequent.

When I first got my step-gal, she thought it was funny that I called from work one day having accidentally thrown away a paper I needed. I called to ask her NOT to take out the garbage & she thought it was funny that I would think she might take out the garbage without being asked to do it. But these days (age 22) she does it (and other household stuff) fairly routinely without being asked.
